Tom is a corporate finance professional with a strong background in deal advisory and M&A transactions.
Tom began his career in the corporate finance department at Crowe, where he gained extensive experience in deal advisory services, working with clients across various industries on complex financial transactions. His expertise encompasses financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring, with particular strength in supporting both buy-side and sell-side advisory mandates. Tom has developed comprehensive skills in company analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling throughout his career in corporate finance.
Tom holds a 1st class honours degree in Commerce from University College Cork and is a Chartered Accountant.
