Michael is a skilled professional. He has particular expertise in a advising private companies on a diverse range of debt and equity options.
Prior to joining Bay Advisory, Michael spent over 20 years in Banking, leading transactions across a number of different sectors with enterprise values between £10m – £5bn+.
Michael has spent his career assisting management teams and financial sponsors through complex merger and acquisitions, capital raising projects and debt finance transactions. Michael specialises in event-driven financings for UK and European corporates (both public and private) and has worked with a number of high-profile companies.
